Do you ship to ______?
I can ship worldwide, but please check the USPS website to see if your country is accepting international mail at the time. For orders placed to countries that have suspended mail, they will be cancelled and refunded.
How and when will I know my order has been shipped out?
You will receive an email with confirmation that your order has been shipped out plus with your tracking number if the order comes with tracking. It may take about 1-14 days for your order to be processed and shipped.
How long will the shipment take?
For non-flat item orders it may take up to 5-7 days in the US, while internationally it can take up to 7-21 days or longer. For flat item orders via letter mail stamps it is hard to tell since there is no tracking, it can take from days to months.
Are you going to restock certain products?
If you wish to see a product restocked, please fill out the form here! PLEASE BE AWARE, If there isn't enough interest for a product, then it will least likely be restocked in the near future.
Does my shipment come with tracking?
For non-flat items like charms, then yes it comes with tracking. Flat items like stickers & prints will be mailed via letter mail stamps so there is no tracking. However, if the order weighs more than 3.5 oz then it becomes a first class package and will come with tracking with no additional cost.
Does the free shipping code discount work for international orders?
Yes! You can use the code for free shipping on both US and international orders.
Can I apply more than one discount code?
Unfortunately no and I'm really sorry about that. I wish it could but Big Cartel doesn't allow coupon stacks. Please compare the discount codes and prices before choosing one to apply to your order!
Do you accept refunds/replacements?
If your order gets lost, is damaged, I got your order wrong, or there's something wrong with the product, please contact me and we will work something out. Other than that, I don't do refund or exchanges, so please make sure you are aware before ordering!
Can I change my address?
Yes, please contact me as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Once your order has been shipped out, refunds will not be available and I will not be responsible for any errors with the address provided. So please check your address before purchasing!
Do you accept cancellations?
I only accept cancellations before the package has been shipped. Once the package has been shipped, cancellation will not be available.
