Do you accept refunds/replacements?
Sorry, I am not responsible for lost/damaged goods and cannot refund or replace them. However, if I got your order wrong or there's something wrong with the product please contact me and I will send a replacement.
Can I change my address?
Yes, please contact me as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Once your order has been shipped out, refunds will not be available and I will not be responsible for any errors with the address provided. So please check your address before purchasing.
Do you accept cancellations?
I only accept cancellations before the package has been shipped. Once the package has been shipped, cancellation will not be available.
